1. Grant of license
Delta Game Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the Aces & Armour software on a single device for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, lease, rent, sublicense, or sell the software.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Use the software in connection with cheating, exploiting, or other unauthorised modifications that affect online services.
- Use the software for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
3. Ownership
The software and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Delta Game Studios and its licensors. No title or ownership is transferred to you.
4. User-generated content
If the software allows you to create or share content (e.g. screenshots, recordings, replays), you grant Delta Game Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote that content in connection with Aces & Armour. You retain ownership of your content.
5. Updates & modifications
The software may be updated automatically. Delta Game Studios reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes where possible.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and destroy all copies in your possession.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta Game Studios disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
